Qarlbo is the majority owner of Pophouse, an investment vehicle that develops entertainment brands. Blending ideas, genres, technologies, formats and channels in new and unexpected ways, the company bridges the analogue and digital worlds with next generation entertainment experiences. ABBA Voyage is a virtual concert residency based in London that marks a new chapter in the history of live music. Space is Sweden’s first digital cultural centre for gaming, music and content creation. Pophouse has acquired the master recordings and publishing assets of Avicii and Swedish House Mafia.
Qarlbo, is majority owner of PodX. By investing in companies and content, PodX builds a supportive base for independent companies in the digital audio sector.
Hospitality
Qarlbo invests in properties and organisations that develop ambitious and sustainable hospitality projects.
Cirkus Venues is transforming Stockholm’s Island of Djurgården into a unique destination where hospitality meets entertainment, with venues like Hasselbacken Hotel, Cirkus Arenas, Backstage Hotel, Konsthallen, Pop Story and Gasklocka 2.
Erqole is developing hospitality properties in Southern Tuscany, which presently include two seaside boutique hotels, a countryside experience hotel, and a beach club.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Qarlbo invests in people and companies that are pioneering the transition into a sustainable future and is the majority owner of Nilsson Energy and Hydri. Nilsson Energy is a Swedish system integrator and supplier of turnkey renewable energy systems with hydrogen as an energy carrier. Hydri develop infrastructure, paving the way for fossil-free road freight transport in Northern Europe.
Qarlbo also invests in Natural Asset Company (NAC), a reforestation company on a mission to decrease homogenisation of ecosystems by creating a completely new asset class – biodiversity certificates.
HEALTH & LIFESTYLE
Growing older means for an increasing amount of people living an active, healthy and social life. That is why Qarlbo is an investor in Juno, an age-tech platform that empowers senior citizens to pursue active and healthy aging, as well as providing a safe environment for them to connect, chat and build relationships.
Qarlbo is also the majority owner in Tanrevel, a sun care company on a mission to improve skin health.
Property
Qarlbo invests in real estate through Qarlbo Property which focuses on hospitality, entertainment, elderly care and residential properties.
