Entertainment & Hospitality
Through Entertainment & Hospitality, we own and develop properties within culture, entertainment and the hospitality industry on Djurgården in Stockholm. The portfolio currently consists of Cirkus Arena& Restaurant, Hasselbacken, Backstage Hotel, Konsthallen restaurant, bakery and shop, Pop Story and ABBA The Museum.
Through our subsidiary Erqole, we develop hospitality properties in Southern Tuscany. The Italian portfolio currently consists of La Roqqa, Torre di Cala Piccola, La Capitana, Fabbriqa, and Tris Hotel.
Residential
Through Residential, we own and manage residential buildings. The portfolio currently consists of two properties in Stockholm; Havssvalget 14 and Bajonetten 7 and one property in Kvarnviks Strand. Together with our tenants we promote increased quality of life and contribute to positive social development.
