At the core of Erqole’s philosophy is sustainability — not just as an ethical imperative but as a long-term strategy for delivering sustainable returns and creating lasting value. Erqole prioritizes environmental sustainability while also actively investing in and measuring its social impact on the local community. As the largest employer on Monte Argentario, it proudly employs a workforce where over three-quarters of the employees are local residents.
The current portfolio includes two seaside boutique hotels and a beach club. Additionally, a third seaside hotel and a countryside experience hotel with a vineyard are under development.
